Jonathan referred a friend to a sales class that he goes to so the owner of the program gave him a nice big gift certificate to one of the nicest restaurants in town - Dianne's on Devine. It's usually the kind of place that people reserve for birthdays or anniversaries. So it was an extra special treat to get to go there Friday night for free! We got a little spiffed up for the occasion, so I decided to document the event -as much as you can without a third party to take the picture...

oh, and about the kip mystery -- it's possible that he's really a person inside a dog body, like on the shaggy d.a., remember that movie? i just saw the newer tim allen one with my little kiddies, and it's put a whole new spin on dogs for me.
they could all be people!!!
